Returns & Exchanges

At VOREN, every piece is produced in limited quantities and handled with care.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these standards.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Size adjustments (subject to availability).

Defective or damaged items.

If the requested size is unavailable due to limited stock, a store credit will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limited Drops

Due to the limited nature of our collections, certain items may be marked as final sale.
These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
